*OMO-IWA LAUDS GOVERNOR ABIODUN OVER MAJOR IJEBU-ODE ROADS*

 

The House of Representatives member for Ijebu-Ode,Odogbolu and Ijebu North East Federal Constituency Barrister Olufemi Adeleke Ogunbanwo (Omo-Iwa) on Friday lauded the Ogun State government, under Prince Dapo Abiodun CON,at the commissioning of Obalende-Abeokuta/Osinubi-New Road in Ijebu-Ode.

The Federal Lawmaker in his speech at the occasion reiterated the importance of the roads to the economy of the town which is very important and recalled that efforts to fix the road in the past were unsuccessful before Governor Abiodun's assumption of office.

"On behalf of the indigenes and residents of Ijebu-Ode, I thank the Governor" he added noting that road users including motor cyclists will find it appealing for their commuting. 

The commissioning attracted many dignitaries all of who had praises for the government on the transformation of the area. 

Some of those in attendance including party faithfuls and constituents had earlier received Omo- Iwa to a tumultuous welcome by expressing their joy with many shouts of *Dapo-Iwa* renting the air as they took turns to express their admiration and to showing appreciation to the state government led by Prince Dapo Abiodun CON.
