A tragic incident has shaken the community as the Ogun State Police Command investigates a suspected ritual murder of a 16-year-old boy, Master Lawal Wahab.
The teenager's body was found mutilated along the Old Express Road, Igbile-Ijebu, on July 23rd, 2025, with vital organs gruesomely removed.
Acting on credible intelligence, the Omu-Ijebu Division police apprehended suspects Salawu Omikansola (25) and SEREFUSI AGEMO (IGBILE), among others.
One of the suspects made a voluntary confessional statement, which was recorded on video.
The police are working to arrest other fleeing accomplices.
