*LAGOS POLICE NAB SUSPECTED SERIAL RAPIST, TAXI DRIVER*



The Lagos State Police Command has arrested a taxi driver, identified as Adedayo Ben Adegbola, in connection with multiple cases of rape, defilement, assault, and armed robbery targeting female passengers. The suspect's arrest followed a thorough investigation sparked by complaints from victims and viral social media posts.


According to the police, the suspect was apprehended on October 31, 2025, after a detailed investigation led by the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID). A red Toyota Corolla, allegedly used in the commission of the crimes, was recovered from the suspect's possession.



The police are working to gather more evidence and apprehend any accomplices. The recovered vehicle will be used as a6n exhibit in the prosecution of the suspect. The Lagos State Police Command urges any potential victims to come forward and provide relevant information to aid the investigation.
